Hosting and delivery
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages); the films are stored in Cloudflare R2 in the EU and delivered through Cloudflare's network. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical access data on our behalf, such as your IP address, the time of the request, the requested address, the referring address and your browser's user agent, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure and working website). Cloudflare acts as our processor under Cloudflare's data processing addendum, which is part of our agreement with Cloudflare. Data may be processed in the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) and has agreed standard contractual clauses as a further safeguard. Cloudflare deletes or de-identifies these access data once they are no longer needed for these purposes; we do not receive access logs ourselves.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from this website itself and the films from Cloudflare R2 (see “Hosting and delivery”); no content is loaded from other third parties.
Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we process your message and contact details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.
Contact form
The contact form does not transmit anything to us or to third parties. It composes your brief on this page from the details you enter (topic, name, company, email, role if given, and your message). You then open it in your own email program or copy it; only when you send that email do we receive it, and it is processed as described under “Contacting us by email”. This website does not store what you enter.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
